Do I need a physical ticket?
CFL is a paperless event, so names submitted via sponsorship or individual purchase, will be at registration. If you have any changes in registration name, please contact us.

What is the Attire?

Getting to the MGM Grand Ballroom
Once inside the resort, proceed to the Conservatory 2nd Level, just past the Hotel Check-In. Volunteers and signage will also help guide you. Click here for a map. For those traveling from National Harbor, please see the National Harbor Circulator Shuttle for schedule and fare information.

Directions Parking , Ride Share
Please see directions, parking, rideshare, and valet guidelines here. Self-Parking is complimentary in the Casino Parking Garage. If self-parking, walk through the casino to get to the Grand Ballroom. Valet Parking is available for a fee.

Is there an Auction?
Yes! The Silent Auction begins at 12:00pm on Friday, March 8th and close at 10:30 PM on Sunday, March 10th. All bidding is via mobile phone. In addition, there will be live auction items at both the Poker Tournament and the Taste Experience. Visit cfl19.givesmart.com for details.

Texas Hold’Em style tournament with over 700 participating amateur players— anyone can play and win! Prizes are awarded for the top 30 winners, with a Grand Prize of a $10,000 seat at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. The day features a full day of a top-shelf open bar, sprawling buffet food, one of the region’s largest silent auctions, celebrities, high energy, and many chances to bring the fight directly to childhood cancer. Poker players also have complimentary access to the Taste Experience.

What does my Poker Ticket include?
Your Poker Ticket grants you full access to the entire day, including the Poker Tournament and Taste Experience. Your wristband will allow you in/out privileges all day. Full open bar and buffet are included.

What are the poker rules? Can I buy back in if I lose my chips?
The tournament will be in No Limit Texas Hold’Em format
Each player will start with 5,000 in chips
If you drop below 1,000 in chips or completely “bust out” in the first 9 blind levels, “rebuys” are available for $350 and receive another 5,000 chips, or a “double rebuy” for $700 to receive 15,000 in chips.
At the Poker Break, you may also “Add-On” for $350 for 10,000 in chips regardless of your current chip total

Hailed as one of the best events in DC, the CFL Taste Experience features a curated and unique culinary experience, created by 20 award-winning local and celebrity chefs of both MGM National Harbor and the Washington area. Following the tasting event, dance the night away with an incredible line up of live performances, capped off with a headline “surprise” celebrity entertainer. The night continues with a Vegas-style after party featuring VIP lounges, more dynamic entertainment, a high level DJ, and more chances to support cancer research.
